On my web site, I offer a free "NutriPhysical". This is a set of questions designed to ask you about your health, life style, family history, etc. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. This information is fed into a computer and a custom designed nutritional program is created for you based on the answers you gave to the questions.
After you have gone through and answered all the questions as honestly as possible, you will receive a report. This can be printed out for your use or to verify this information with your doctor.
